Secret that Dentists don't want you to know: Remove Tartar and Teeth Whitening in just 2 minutes
Mix 1t Turmeric and 1t Salt; mix with 2t LemonJuice and 1t CoconutOil; finally, mix with 1t of the toothpaste recipes above or below (H2O2 is food grade hydrogen peroxide). Then brush teeth in a circular motion. I haven’t tried this yet, but it looks promising.

The video at #6 above might be good for first getting teeth cleaned & whitened, but after using that method one time or once a week or so, I recommend brushing with xylitol after every meal. I do that because it tastes great. I buy a 1 pound bag of xylitol at the health food store for about 7.50 and I moisten my toothbrush and dip it in my bag of xylitol after most every meal and snack. It whitens and removes plaque and prevents cavities. If you already have cavities, you can remineralize them with Crest cavity protection toothpaste and spit it out after rinsing for a few minutes, or you can remineralize them with herbs, maybe turmeric. I think Sloane recommended several herbs, but I’m not sure which. Maybe also alfalfa leaf powder, because it’s mineral-rich. I discovered that the Crest toothpaste I have contains titanium dioxide, which, if it’s nanoparticle form, can cross the blood-brain barrier and enter the brain. So I’ll probably stop using the Crest and just use herbs to remineralize my cavities.
